sorcs still casting during fear

    I'm sure this is out there but, there is no reason that anyone should be able to cast anything while they are in fear. I was 1v1ing a sorc and they were casting sleep on me and i casted insta-fear before that cast got off. I was still slept while they were a spirit. Is there a way to fix this?

    If the skill was sleeping storm, that is a rather hard skill to avoid. If you don't KD, Fear or Blind Leap away before it is halfway done you will get affected by it, if you do it after the halfway point the skill will hit you regardless of the casters status or yours.

    my problem with it though is that this is the one of the only servers that it does it on. There is no reason there shouldn't be a counter to someone casting sleep.

    Edit:
    Not going to QQ about it, I just thought it might be a bug more than anything... I thought fear was supposed to cancel all casts. I know fear cancels all of my heals
