Sorcerer needs help plz^^

Hey guys, im kinda new to the server but i think.i learned the basics etc... I play sorcerer and im wondering about their combo. I usually do root+delayed skills+ glacial. But i met new sorcs and many of em tell me thts noob combo etc. Can you please tell me what combo u use and also if there are different combos for each class that u fight.

I know tht topic is noobish etc but plz help me! )

first of all u should say if ur siel or lumiel coz siel has all stigmas while on lumiel u have to choose them. it just affects whats available to you

aw then u dont need to learn any combo... Zerg rulles... just spam em with heavy attacks!

 

there is no such thing as noob combo. its just when and how u do it in any type of situation.

just practice more in real PvP then adapt on the environment and in any situation is the best way to learn any class u like.

 

Thanks for the video, it rlly helped... but im having problems with. dueling woxlc 2 glads +laestrygos cuz if i give em a 0.5 sec chance between mz root amd glacial or whatever thez stun or stumble me and i just eatch my hp drain >.<

 

yeah i know that sorc but in siel everything is different and about those who said u use noob combo they'r are noobs everything is good what helps u get kill

 

Ik... i mostly use: root delayed and magma then aether then silence then stun then sleep and nuke.. tht player told me (for glads) tht i sleep then delayed then flame bolt flame fusion flame cage silence and root then nuke and i was like wtf lol

 

They're not really helping you at all. All each post here is doing is bashing full stigmas lol*facepalm. sorry you had to go through that pwnner. Gabby can be...somewhat of a twat when it comes to trying to teach ppl sorc. basically just stick around and pm some of the good sorcs on siel. Most of them are actually nice and friendly.

THIS IS WHAT WORKS FOR ME I DONT GUARANTEE IT WILL WORK FOR YOU...
I think im somewhat experienced at Sorc, been playing it for quite sometime with all stigmas yes on siel if your on lumiel it still works because Im not using any "big nukes"

Heres what you do for a glad.

Glads have ud, makes them resist all stuns aetherholds etc. Me personally i think its pointless to use aether holds, and arcane thunderbolt and heavy stuns. You should rely on slows more often and roots, If you have enough ma which is my preferred build you will have great success with this combo because it is hard to get past by.

Curse of Roots (CoR)

then you get distance make sure you are 20m+ away from the gladiator.

next you ice chain to drop a slow on them, If you can make sure to jumpcast ice chain backwards so you still have that 20m advantage on them.

After you flame fusion, flame cage, soul freeze and root.

WHY DO I DO THIS?

Flame fusion will make fire resist decrease and flame cage will provide an additional DOT, so silence can't be potted and they can't use strengthen wings. And another tip make sure to jumpcast soul freeze backwards as well to keep the distance advantage.

Then while there in root, you use delay skills and nuke (Glacial, Flame spray, Inferno)

I might get flamed for saying this but, the reason why I hate using delay skills or nukes while there in CoR or Any CC is because it increases the opponents elemental defences, therefore your skill will do CRAP damage, very horrible damage and you have nothing to follow up by.

This combo only works for glads. DO NOT FLAME I AM STILL NOOB JUST TRYING TO HELP >.<

I forgot to add, be sure to use blind leap wherever applicable. If the glad starts getting close as in 15m or more, be sure to use blind leap, if you dont have it up use illusion. And you do not require buffs for this combo is it powerful enough to kill mostly any glad.

 

1. When u find an asmo, buff yourself, cast frost to slow him/her
2. Silence and then stun with bolt, they can't remove shock.
3. Curse of root->delayed blast, magma eruption
4. Glacial shard->Summon rock.

Last time I played sorc 2 years ago, but I can tell you some tips as a gladiator. Since sorcs started to stun me I sometimes use UD even against them. Check glad's buffs before Aether Hold or Arcane. About combo: "aether then silence". I think that won't work with a fast glad, I would spam Remove Shock button while Aether's cast. Skill that annoys me most in sorc is Blind Leap. I want to kill person who gave it 30s cd -.-
About other classes: my uncle once said me that a fight between sm and sorc wins this one who will use silence faster. He plays a lot but he still can't find something for rangers (Lumiel - Glacial nuker without Wintry). Soul Freeze is also good for other classes. I can't use UD, Second Wind, S.Wings but also skills with cast like Precision Cuts. Same with Shieldburst and probably Lethal Arrow on other melees.

 

Using any CC like Curse or sleep is bad if any elyos are around when your doing it they will be super noobs and start to attack it trying to get some of that ap or the kill so be ready with BOIC.

You will start to hate 10% silence as well other day I got 4 silence procs on me by a sin then he used signet so ya.

 

Sleeping storm-Full buffs-CoR-2 Delayed blast-Frost bite-Silence-lastly is Shadowburst/Lightburst.

In-addition,you can be a Governor with that combo.Good luck!.

 

i will tell you a trick... Use Blind leap to go to higher grounds where most players can't get to you "it'll be better if you Blind leap above the Kisk areas of the other faction" that way you can nuke em whenever you see em respawn on their kisk and TAhDAh!! instant AP, though it's quite small.
