    Hey where i can buy those items for conditionate level 2 items cuz in shop can buy only lvl 1 when i try to buy level 2 say thy are not sale there and i try to all shops.If anyoane know pls answer me TY

    if you are on ely side the only place i know is sanctum where you fuse weapons and put godstones on there is an npc that can condition it to level 2 on asmo side i dont know

    conditioning lvl 2 is only for sale during Christmas shops and Easter Shops OR special events shop.. you can only buy woc lvl 1 ATM..

    The items to condition the wings like are being asked for cannot be purchased from the NPCs at this time.

    May change later.

    Also, you can use the NPCs in the Marchutan/Kaisinel Academys to condition until then.
