    Hello am having this issue a lot latly My char is online but i am not on when i try log in it say yur acc alerdy on and when it opens i got dced from game server i did changed my pass but it still hapning when i chek my char in web site its says off but when i try log in i got dced Pleas help thnx!

    try submitting a player unstuck request in www.gamezaion.com and do not log into the account until there's been a server reset. that should fix the problem and all your characters should be in poeta starting zone. If that still doesn't solve the issue, try contacting a S.AM, H.AM, or Admin about it.

    thnx yha i did alerdy but unstuck ticket take ages and its the 3rd time i cant each time do unstack ticket smthg wrong with my char and i need a solution a real 1
