    Second check ingame mail.
    Third who organised it.
    Last did you at least waited a week.

    Well, as Alente told me...
    I PMed Alente and I said that I didn't get my prize from the 100 vs 100 event.
    Alente answered me - "Sorry, there's nothing to do. Sometimes people are missing from the prize list and we cannot trust anyone as long as there are lots of scammers."

    Alente is completely right...
    Money is easy to get here :)

    If there was event the staff must post it in the staff section.
    And if your items are missing then you need to contact the GM who organised event(If alone) Or they guy who you needed to PM(If it is a non GM char only GM who organised it.
