    Some people say that using other programs like gamebooste will help reduce ping but my problem is that im using router. So if I were to use that. My other 2 PCs will not be able to access the internet or will they will lag.

    correct! all other devices that use the wireless internet will gain less Mbps if you use ping reducer on one pc, then the connection will be focused on the PC alone..

    GB is per pc based. and it wont affect your connection. but it will greatly help good fps performance.

    Although the server is back up, the ping is still completely horrible.
    I'm going from 67 ms to 1670 ms in mere seconds.
    The delay on skills almost makes this unplayable.
