Hat remodel infomration required

Can any one tell me who drops this hat, or we get it via trading something, quest or was it a special shop item.

Btw some one told me ingame thats its only dropped in Siel server. So do i need to trade it ingame from someone or can i get it in Lumiel as a drop item?

no this wont work on lumiel shouldnt on siel
no chest and doesnt drop in crucible either like it should
no longer in shops it is only able to be gotten
through trading

 

well on siel found the 2 chest just doesnt drop it the helm ^^

 

The good stuff what we get in game as a drop or by quest or by trading something to the npc is either available in the Credit shop or in special shop

Also there are so many good skins in Siel it should be available in Lumiel as well.

 

well you can get it via trading since the quest is kinda bug or something, the chest doesnt drop anything
