i stop playing coz i focus n study, now i forgot my account password, also may email password, but i know the username and my email also my alternate email, hope you can hep me sir/ma'am ..

 

First u should try to get back your e-mail account cause till u don't have it u can't have a new aion pass...

i only remember my alternate email password... still i cant change the aion pass coz i forgot also the password

Go on gamezaion.com and there be on Home type in ur Username then click login it will suppose to show 'Forgot password?' u click on that and send a new password to ur e-mail acc... In ur e-mail acc accept the new password and login to ur gamez acc... ^.^

It worked for me like 1 week b4 so I guess it works fine...

 

but if you were gone for about six months some of your items will be gone like what happened to me

 

Yes that is the rules dear if you are off from the server for 6/7 months all you items will be deleted that's sad but if you can log 1 time a dat for 1 hour you don't get deleted
