My char is stuck? i cant connect :|

I do not know how .... i played along time ago. And now i did whant to play again made de update and then the downgrade install all but now i cant connect am i banned . and if so why . and realy whant to paly again with u guys . hope to see u soon ty.

it says banned but why ??????? its becouse i did not play ???? or what i was away from home working got in country recent and whanted to play .... why banned me?

Becouse no one is answering i am telling all of my storry


I have 2 accounts REMUS87ONE (ely /glad Ramyz lvl 55) and vali_aion (asmo / glad Valiaion) .

I voted for mounths last year on ely account REMUS87ONE , all of my friends were on ely side and after a wile they whent asmo side but i stayed ely .

After a wile i decide to go on asmo side 2 ... i transfered all of my items from ely to asmo side with help of a friend that had asmo and ely on same account . after that i played like 2 days couse i had to go out of country to work and came back about one mounth and try to play on asmo vali_aion glad and boom cant login.

WHY IT SIMPLE THEY SAY COUSE I GOT BANN RESON UNKNOW

AND PUDDLES GOT MY MESSAGES AND SAY THAT I MULTI VOTE WHO CAN I MULTIVOTE WHEN I DID NOT PLAY AION SINCE I GOT OUT OF COUNTRY FOR THE JOB ......... ITS SIMPLE THEY SOO THAT I GOT FULL ABG ON ASMO AND SAY THAT I MULTYVOTE BUT IN FACT I TRANSFER ALL OF MY ITEMS FROM REMUS87ONE ACCOUNT TO valiaion account .

I am asking u guys if i multivote why didn't u banned my REMUS87ONE account? and banned my asmo account with full abg..... couse its simple u make a big misstake u see one account created today leveled up and tomorrow gets full abg but u do not give a penny on how did he got full abg .... well i tell read from begining and u will see........ u banned me for nothing onest.

So i am requesting an unbann simple.
