Hi, i was wondering if a GM can transfer my other account's (not a toon) premium membership to this current one? I am a premium member right now but since i used 15.00 USD on my other account and i don't use it (it was just about a week or 2 ago), i was wondering if the 1500 premium points can be transfered to this account and its premium status lifted? Please, that would be greatly appreciated.

i don't want a transfer because im already premium. rather i want the status "lifted" (no longer premium) and i get the 1500 credits on this account instead. otherwise i wasted 15 dollars...

    This.

I've gotta' ask, but why are you playing on a second account if your first account is already premium?
    It's illogical to me.

If you have a premium account it doesn't matter which server(Siel or Lumiel) you play on. I have VIP and it works on Siel and Lumiel on the same account. You can play both servers on the same account so...

wtf? you seriouse? wow thats bs. never knew that. :(
nevertheless i do have another premium account and its just sitting there.. i dont understand why this isn't "allowed" or what not, i donated 30 dollars and want one of my accounts premium status converted back to points and sent to my current account. Im not asking much, and the admins/GM arent losing anything because im not asking for a money refund anyways.

    Like I said previously.

It will not be transferred, or lifted from the account. If it was lifted that would be granting a refund due to human error.

Sorry but, there isn't anything we are able to do for this situation.

It will still be a refund since you want the premium converted into 1500 credits. They can't do that. :)

Except for the "money wasted" part, the statement is incorrect. What I, and probably every other forum user who isn't a donkey, doesn't understand is why you can't simply make a Siel character on your account that already has premium status? This seems disingenuous. You do understand why this conversion isn't allowed, don't you? Otherwise, I could find out someone's account name and say "Hey GMs, this account is totally for sure mine, but I want all of the credits and elevated statuses transferred to my 'new' account." I'm sorry brother, but no one is to blame for your situation except yourself.
