Is DP level fix to Level 3 4000/4000 only?

    I was just wondering I notice that my DP can go as high as Level 3 4000/4000 Which can be utilize by only One skill the Lightburst and the likes.


    Is there a way to level up this Special skill?

    4000 is the max you can get, yes.

    But on this server, kill one mob up to 10 levels below yours, and your DP is full again.
