I've been hacked ( PLS HELP) got proof :<

Any GM/AM can help me ? the last time i checked my credits , it was ( 2.220k) then, when i voted again this morning , i was shocked it became 720 (the 1.5k missing .. then , i checked the premium or VIP ACC. my acc. already VIP . then , i checked the PLAYER INVENTORY all my items are GONE. SPECIALLY WOC1, ABG CRITZ ACCESS SET, ABG CHAIN HOOD, ABG LEATHER BELT, ABG STAFF. and some of my set (masta chain set remo to WDK :< GPP CHAIN SET and most of all , my fav . LUCKY WINGS , costumes (WEDDING DRESS, MATCHING T.SHIRT, HOT SWIMSUIT ETC.)-BEATIFIC CROWN..

ALL THIS ITEMS I GOT ONLY FOR TRADING AND FOR VOTING AND HARD WORK. NOW ITS GONE :'< ..

You came PvP'ing that time? Anyways, as what they always say your account is your responsibility, I don't think they will do something on this, I mean, I don't think they're going to refund or give you items back since it wasn't their fault you got hacked. Good Luck though , Its just a game.

well isnt serv fault is ur prob admin cant give items back...

 

ur account safety & security is ur responsibility to take care of. the admins cant help u with getting ur items back as account safety & responsibility are the account owners.

 

2 bad but now you have 0 items I say all the time do not guive you account information to eny one.

 

i dont know whether i am right or not, but aion is not a cheap mmo which can be hacked easily, so my predictions are, either you failed for scammers, tried downloading hack which came out to be a key logger or gave your account info to someone who you know and they hacked you. i really feel sorry about your loose, but as mentioned above your account is your responsibility

 

They won't be giving refunds for a hacked account or even when you're scammed even if you have any proofs. It is your responsibility to keep your account safe and keep the privacy of it for yourself. I feel you right now but as much as I'm concern. There is nothing you or even the Devs can do. Sorry and may Neptune punish the soul of the one who hacked your account.

This topic its usseles.....nobody will help you.Scamed or hacked gm's will not give you the items back.(the acc its your responsability,i know its not your fault but this its the life)
Now this is the moment when your friends gotta help you to make all the items back,there its no other way.You need to start over again

I agree with snic. Hope he/she is right for the sake of all us lol. Won't be cool if accounts just get hacked one by one.

 

I never heard about hacked account victims having their items refunded/replaced. But I know people who got their scammed items back and the scammer got banned for the offense. As long as you provided enough proofs like videos and screenshot(s), the percentage of having your items replaced is high. Although, not everyone gets their item/s back because they lack proofs that the staffs are looking for.

Anyway, I wish you best of luck. But what I have in mind is something the rest already posted...

 

So.. i am really sorry to tell you but.. It's the player responsability to keep their account information safe. You got hacked either by sharing your information with someone, giving it to a fake am, using it in a fake website, or by a keylogger from a 'public' computer / from a third party program.
We do our part to keep the accounts safe in the database, but we cannot help when people let someone else get them.
Considering this, we can't refund your items. Sorry.
As advice, change your password and run some anti-virus in your PC.
