    It seems "Flyingdick" and "ass pain" are allowed...

    While the rules do not directly state about offensive names, It does include a provision for offensive language. Generally speaking overly offensive names are frowned upon and at the discretion of the Head Gm action may be taken (Varies between gamez/crystal).
