    I was transfering a character from Siel to Lumiel, but I was online on another character, and now it's been 1 hour and the other character it's not yet transfered even if I logged out 40 minutes ago..


    Is there anything I can do? Or any administrator do?

    well reading the instructions might help

    • Your account must be offline during the transfer

    anyways failed transfer credits should get automatically refunded after some time so u can try again then (unless an AM does it for u)

    After some time you say. But what is that time? Im anxious to make the transfer. And I was making it in a rush, so I'm afraid I skipped over that rule. I thought I didn't have to be online on the character involved in the transfer.

    How much time are we talking about?
