you cannot access the game through this ip

i take that error when i try to log in Siel server , but only when i try to log with my 2 asmo chars , in the other side my ely char (in same server) can log in with no problem .... also i can log in with my brothers char so is not a problem from my pc or ip or whatever. i checked also the ban system and my 2 asmo chars didnt get any ban ..... Also when i try to see my chars inventory or change pass and bla bla i cant, only think that i can access is the ban system but is anyway clear ...


Is anythink that i can do to fix that issue ?

 

PM your characters' names, account name(s), and when you were getting this message, and I'll see what I can find.
