transfer problem

admin...i transfer account from siel to lumiel..the tranfer doesnt work yea "the proces tranfer 5 -20 min"when login back my acc still in siel..need help asap..

 

It's because you logged in instead of waiting for the transfer to finish. You'll have to wait for the credits to be refunded and start it over. Next time though wait until the "You have an active character transfer" Message disappears off the transfer page.

 

i got some question about my account siel is elyos..when to lumiel can it change to asmo?

 

You cannot physically change the race on a character. The only way to do so would be to delete it and remake it.

 

would be a waste to do it that way. a much better way is to create the opposite race first and THEN transfer, that way ull have both races and can move stuff through account warehouse

edit: u can even name it using the name of ur char from the other server. once that char is transfered it will be renamed automatically coz of conflict and ull get a free name change ticket

 

can u reset bck my account sir?acc name avotears i will continue on siel side..i though can change race omg :wink: this is my 1st time changing siel to lumiel..btw fail!!
