Can't connect to aion

hello im new here and i have a little problem

ur kinda in a totally different folder, could u screenshot ur ncsoft\aion\ folder instead of this?

u can install the ncsoft launcher and aion in different locations, but ur aion folder is really messed up. there r some leftovers (guessing downgrade) and gamez launcher in it, but the true client is on the first ss hidden in that ~PS folder

if u get teamviewer and pm me the id/pass it gives u i can connect to u and fix the client remotely. will have to move stuff around a bit and then downgrade it so u can connect
