No lfg after change name

So I experience it twice it already. Everytime I change name my LFG disappear. I have to make a new toon that has a working LFG. I got no problem with that, but the thing is I got title (key master) and basically used up a change name ticket for those 2 toons. I'm not sure with you guys if your's is working but mine is not.

I'm not sure how do i go about this, like i said i got no problem levelling up a new toon but how about the title and change name ticket i used at least on the latest toon.

After I changed my name it's telling me that I was removed from all of the channels. I relogged and relaunched client. Still the same thing. When I first encountered this prob I waited for a server reboot but it didn't fix it.


**Directing this to the AMs/SAMs. Also i have reported this before. No one seems to care about it.

I did. And I was told to be patient causing they're fixing it. It's been a while, and it's kindda a vague assurance."fixing it".

 

P one thing u learn about gamez devs is they take forever to fix stuff

 

Lots of toons lost their LFGs like mine. Already pmed some staffs ingame posted several threads here in forums but all they've got to say is that "Please be patient and wait for us to fix your problem." Its been almost 4months now and I've got no choice but to create another toon.
