Sorc cast speed is Bugg

Sorc cast speed is bugg??? coz even if i use cast speed (25%)spell speed gauge is still the sam without a buff

1.what armor you have
2.try to relog
3. if you can make a video of the bug or screenshot will be good cause only a message don't help
And i am playing whit my sorcerer and there is no problme

 

try to use curse of root with vaizel(25%) and magic assinst(10%) its still same ................. and BTW i use ABG wepon and set which i believe add 28% casting speed(20% on wepon 8% on gloves)

 

Well you skill is bug and you relog and didn't fix you can send a unstuck request to see if that fix my.friend have his sin 2 chain skull bug and there has been no solution

 

You mean sorcerer skills like Curse of Old Roots(1.5s), Sleep(2s), Sleeping Storm(1s), Tranquility Cloud(2s)?

Those skills are somewhat not affected with increase casting speed skills like Vaizel's Wisdom(25%)/Magic Assist(10%)/Boon of Quickness(50%)/Word of Quickness(50%). Gloves with 8% casting speed don't even help with those skills. x_X

all depends if yu are asmo or ely. if yu are ely well yu will cast like a old person run , but if yu are a asmo all is soooo easy, they have boom of quickness buff to make cast 50% (more than 1 ely can even dream to have). so first what are yu? ely or asmo

 

Casting speed has a cap and you can reach it by using magic assist + vaizel's wisdom so boon of quickness is pretty much useless...(It has been like this since 2.5)

 

im Ely.... but my cast speed is so slow its like i dont have cast speed buff at all........... my 1.5 sec cast time suppose to be faster or less than a second since i have buff and cast time item but the cast speed hasn`t change a bit it still 1.5 sec LOL ... that means our buff is pretty much useless

 

1.5s is hard to even notice.

1. check ur stats screen when u buff, u should see the number change
2. test with skills like glacial or flame spray and similar stuff that has 3.5-4 seconds casting time. the longer the overall cast time, the easier it is to notice whether it works or not

 

Curse of Roots is not meant to be affected by cast speed modifiers.

This also applies to Old Roots/Sleep/Tranq/Sleeping Storm/etc.
