Donation '' Bug '' Wishes and GM Help.

Hi guys , i just wanted to tell you that i donated on 12.04.2012 around 83 euros by mobile fortuno . After sent 50 Euros succesfully and get my credits , i tried to send the 30 more euros. . In that moment , after i entered my mobile number , you know ,appears the box wich says Send to XXXX the code XXX and down the things that said waiting for ur SMS , etc . Ok i maded that, and all the times i tried to send SMS it was bugged at that page with '' Waiting for SMS '', so i wasted 30 euros without getting any more credits . After , i sended 4 euros by other mobile number ,and it worked , transaction succesfull . I could tried Super Rewards method but it was bugged that time ,couldn't press on any donate method from them ,wich now works fine . I tried today again , same to mobile fortuno by payment w.,but still the same thing , Stuck at Awaiting for SmS , my euros gone but no credits ... Any ideas?

 

Dear i use paypal all the time and i don't have eny problmes

 

if ur using phone u have a limit of donation/month thats why u didnt get ur credits anymore usually they send a message when u reached that limit but it looks like ur phone service doesnt care about that

 

Yep phone... so it means 50 Euros per month? lolz ... what now? what will happen about my 30 ones lol

 

eh i think the gamez staff cant do anything about that but i might be wrong

 

wew ty for the notice of phone limit but , i want my credits for that 30 euros -.-' not my fault lul Q.Q ,btw theyr '' Supe Rewards '' was bugged that time,couldnt choose that method so yep , wish my credits -.- i calculated and in total they are 3,3k
