Who's mad?

1. Clerics can learn passive skill "Increase Magic Cancellation I-III", at level 10/34/60. This comes out to 100/120/140 magic cancellation.
2. Cleric's "Immortal Shroud I" now blocks magical damage.
3. Cleric's "Prayer of Focus I-III" knockdown resistance reduced from 500 to 300.
4. Added a Magic Cancellation +100 effect to the Priest's "Blessing of Rock I" skill.
5. Players can now use "Remove Shock I" even when silenced.

Final new skill details (official tooltips)

1. The new level 60 skill "Snare of Judgement I" inflicts 334 wind damage on hit and places a debuff on target that deals 291 wind damage every 3 seconds for 9 seconds, and reduces target movement speed.
Instant cast. Chain skill level 2 off "Storm of Aion I".
CD: 30 seconds, MP Cost: 265.

2. The new level 60 skill "Authority of Destruction I" increases magic boost and magical accuracy by 200, but reduces healing by 250 (25%).
Instant cast.
CD: 10 seconds. MP Cost: 738.

3. The new level 59 skill "Light of Purification I" removes debuffs from target.
Instant cast.
CD: 0.5 seconds, MP Cost: 106.

4. The new level 58 skill "Hand of Salvation I" places a buff on a target for one minute. If the target's HP drops below 50%, 2770 HP is restored.
Instant cast. Stigma skill.
CD: 2 minutes, MP Cost: 410.

5. The new level 57 skill "Curtain of Life I" restores target's HP by 1554 and places a buff that blocks up to 1554 damage for 10 seconds.
Instant cast.
CD: 2 minutes, MP Cost: 338.

6. The new level 56 skill "Torpedo Attack I" inflicts 1191 wind damage on target.
Instant cast. Chain skill level 2 off "Smite I-VI" and "Punishing Earth I-II".
CD: 12 seconds, MP Cost: 120.

The following are new levels for pre-existing skills, so I'll only list the important details.

Level 60
Stigma skill "Punishing Earth II". Inflicts 1613 earth damage.
Stigma skill "Chain of Suffering VI". Inflicts 808 earth damage on hit and places a debuff that inflicts 703 damage every 12 seconds for 2 minutes, and reduces target magic resist by 400.
Stigma skill "Shatter Memory VI".
Stigma skill "Splendor of Rebirth VI". Instantly restores target's HP by 405 and places a buff that heals for 405 HP every 3 seconds for 21 seconds. Increases physical defense by 200.
Stigma skill "Sympathetic Heal III". Restores 1295 HP to target party member and self.
Skill "Impervious Veil II". Blocks 10000 magic and physical damage for 30 seconds.
Skill "Divine Spark IV". Inflicts 2217 wind damage.
Skill "Prayer of Focus III". Increases concentration by 1000, knockdown resistance by 300, and magic cancellation by 300 for 10 seconds.

Level 59
Stigma skill "Summon Noble Energy IV". Inflicts 2587 fire damage to a selected target within a 30m radius.
Stigma skill "Ripple of Purification IV". Removes debuffs and restores 4208 HP to self and 6 allies.
Skill "Divine Touch IV". Inflicts 1131 wind damage.

Level 58
1. Stigma skill "Call Lightning II". Inflicts 2678 wind damage.
2. Stigma skill "Enfeebling Burst III". Instantly inflicts 255 wind damage and places a debuff on target that inflicts 222 wind damage every 3 seconds for 21 seconds and reduces normal attack damage by 50%.
3. Stigma skill "Summon Healing Servant III". Heals for 394 HP.
4. Stigma skill "Splendor of Recovery IV". Heals party for 2771 HP.
5. Stigma skill "Earth's Wrath VI". Inflicts 446 earth damage and places a debuff on target that inflicts 388 earth damage every 3 seconds for 9 seconds.
6. Skill "Chastise III". Inflicts 286 fire damage and 249 DoT damage.

Level 57
1. Skill "Healing Wind IV". Heals party for 1740 HP.
2. Stigma skill "Stability III".
3. Stigma skill "Chain of Suffering V".
4. Stigma skill "Shatter Memory V".
5. Stigma skill "Splendor of Rebirth V".
6. Skill "Thunderbolt V". Inflicts 1005 wind damage.
7. Skill "Light of Rejuvenation V". Restores 77 HP every 2 seconds.

Level 56
1. Skill "Infernal Blaze V" inflicts 607 wind damage.
2. Stigma skill "Summon Noble Energy III".
3. Stigma skill "Ripple of Purification III".
4. Stigma skill "Marchutan's Splendor II" (Asmodian). Heals party for 1533 HP and adds a buff that blocks 1533 damage for 10 seconds.
5. Stigma skill "Yustiel's Splendor II" (Elyos). Heals party for 1533 and adds a buff that heals 305 HP every 10 seconds.
6. Skill "Smite VI". Inflicts 607 earth damage.
7. Skill "Healing Light VI". Heals target for 1226 HP.

Level 52
1. Blessed Shield II: Forms a protective shield that can absorb up to 1160 damage for 20s, and boosts the effects of healing-type skills by 100%. The protective shield remains effective until it absorbs a total of 1160 damage.

Compared to the other classes Clerics actually received fairly minimal buffs.

Looking at it from an overall balance perspective I'd say the class is worse off than it was prior to 3.0 <:

Dafuq? Bad skills :S Templar gets way better stuff. And my guess is that sorcs might get even more OP,but i ll stick to templar since well played temp>all (Even sm)

Though you didnt tell us the cooldowns. That MA Skill is good but it lasts for 10 seconds,is that a joke? LOL It even decreases HB. While sorcerers have several buffs for 1k! ma and other good stuff,thats pretty unfair considering that they also got some kicka$$ defensive buffs and some gay skills like wintry armor or curse.

Authority of Destruction is a toggle state. Just like Benevolence.

Should be interesting to see how much sins/sorcs hurt on a Cleric now. Sadface
