ugh danm i need help :( Failed to connect to game server

Do you guys know of "failed to connect to game server" ?

When I log in, and press agree, it shows up that error message and I disconnect

And then when I log in again, it shows me error message "You are already logged in",
and when i log in again, and press that agree button, it shows up the error message again

UGHHHHH SO FRUSTRATING!



I cant log into any of my character, since I cant even load character screen.
So maybe its not character stuck error? or maybe it still is?

can anyone help plzzzzzz? X.x

it normally states that one server is down and shows you the list of other servers in any case.

try to get the "you are already logged in" mesage, then if you would like to try, you can send an unstuck request of the last character you logged into. I am pretty sure that just waiting a few minutes, or if not just wait a while, will fix the problem, although it has been happening lately and time seems to not have an effect on this. Still a good idea to try~

 

I tried it already, waited so long that client just ended and tried 2 or 3 times more which caused same problem, saying Cannot connect to Game server.

I sent the unstuck request already, I would appreciate it so much if someone does it for me

The unstuck usually is character based, it shouldn't stop you from logging into the server in it's entirety. Try restarting your PC to see if there any external processes conflicting with it. If that's still not the case, see if you made any recent file edits to your game.

 

unstuck request has nothing to do with login problem though

 

uhm. u using reducethelag? if yes, uninstall it then go back in game. if you can login. try to reinstall it and restart PC
if not nvermind

 

someone mentioned that what helps if it happens repeatedly is login, get the error that ur logged in, login the 2nd time and when ur on the terms of agreement, click reject, let the client shut down, then start it and login again, that should log out the account properly

 

remove all ur battleping and leatrix thats all
because sometiimes have conflict thx

 

I had the same problem, everytime I log-in it fails, I had to log 3 times in order for me to get in game.

 

same here... login---> "you already logged in (7)" message then 2nd time loggin in -----> goes to accept or reject option ---->clicking accept made the client closing... this time.. after this reply.. I'm going to try what Smartik1 have said.. click "Reject"

 

I chose to click player unstuck request, knowing it won't cost me a credit/s and so on. nothing will lose if I did, or we do. and then boom! I'm on character selection. selecting my character and then click start. "client closed" >.<
