Question about Necsium Helm recipe

I have seen some guys wearing this Helm, wow this was marvellous. The skin of this helm,for me,is totally the best in Aion. I have search in aiondatabase about this helm which was taught by Necsium Helm recipe.
I am wondering which mobs drop this? Or which events,quests (in details) should I attended to have this recipe.

it was made available via special shop long ago.
as far as the recipe, never seen or heard that it was available in gamez, i might be wrong tho (since i have never crafted ever since 2.1) hihihi

Dude, there is 16 sub zone in Draupnir Cave and 200 Mobs. I am wondering any of they drop this recipe. Can the GM admit the information for me >____<
