    is it good for pvp and pve? I'm Thinking about getting myself a set to test it out, or should i wait til 3.0 is out?

    They're decent for PvP.. But ABG gives better bonuses..
    I'd advice you to wait till 3.0 :)

    Just buy 3.0 item,whatever you have now is going to be useless in 3.0 or at least not that good :p NCC are not bad but abg are better and 3.0 are much better..
