    i already have 499/499 but whenever i click promote it says " you must the Master test in order to prmoted", i googled it and i found it, i need to give him the ring but the vendor doesnt have it.

    don't you get it bro? why would you want to have it 500+ ? you can gather EVERYTHING evevn if your essencetapping is ~ONLY~ at 499
