My character name Iiiblitziil was Hack!!!!

AM's, GM's and Head GM's Please Help Me!!! I am asking for your help to recover my Items that has been hack by somebody. but 1st of all I didn't told someone with my account info. As I open my account today I was shock because that my Character has no any set and weapon... as i select my Character Name Iiiblitziil. and then in my Legion info say's that "Iiiblitziil got hack" That was the info that i saw in the legion information this is the second time it was hack my account... Pls Help me recovered my Item's it's all ABG Leather set, ABG Bow, W/ full ABG access., wings of the circle and NCC hat, plus APP Chain set. That's all the Item's it was hackby someone.... hope my item's well be back someday.. I think this site has know's something w/ my account I was used Ventrelo... hostname: vent15.gamespeak.com, port no. : 4210 Password: sjay.

you dont happen to have proof of having had any of the mentioned items do you? screenshots or videos. they will say that account security is the players responsibility, especially since you got hacked once before you should be more careful. think at most they can ban the one who did it now, if they check logged IPs or trade logs but doubt you will get items back

 

But i don't know who hack my account... as i log in my account an hour's ago..all my item's and weapon's they hack it.

 

they can find out from the logs if they want to, its not their responsibility though

Ye, I dont think ull get ur stuff back I havent heard of giving back items after got hacked...

I am rather sad to say I highly doubt you got hacked.

Considering how 'loose' that term is used here on Gamez. Everyone who gives out their account information to a fake gm, fake website. They all say they were 'hacked'. Sadly the term is 'scammed'. To which you would have had to given out your account information at some point to someone. Otherwise, I am fairly sure that; oh well. We would see about 600 of these threads in one day if someone did manage to actually hack accounts.

Either way, your claims of not sharing your account cannot be verified as we do not have control over the environment (i.e. net cafe/pc bang. Your own home even) you play in, to whom or how you decide to communicate with other players, via messenger, services. Even if you decide it wise to try to download some random third party software.

Sadly, it is your responsibility to keep your own account secure as with any other game you play, web-site you register with. Perhaps you tried a different server and used the same account info there. A different game you play and shared an account there then told someone you were playing here. Who knows.
