NCsoft launcher - item.pak 3.0

inched:Hai guys,any1 can teach me how to put NCsoft launcher? do i really need it? i mean,when i press GamezAion.exe
a message appear ''You need to update your client using the NCsoft Launcher''.. So i did d/l it and try it.. When i press Aion it say Not Install,and when i install it.. i need to wait 3k Hour.. wth? outy:

And about the item.pak 3.0 i need to install all the Version? or 1 only? (i only d/l V4 coz im using XP)

u can link ur client to the ncsoft launcher. just right click the aion that says not installed -> properties -> browser and locate your aion\bin32\aion.bin

although the updating is so bugged these days that u might be better off really downloading just a clean new copy like ur doing atm

as for items.pak, the versions r there coz of the differences in operating systems, so im mostly experimenting. for now win xp users r for the lack of a better word screwed

worst case they can use the 2.7 items.pak (some can, most cant) but wont see the new 3.0 items

ill look into it later once people can actually play
