Pls fix my account

    everytime i use teleport in sanctum going in crafting place, i got DC [send log] is this on my account or in my item pak? i can trade using my 2.7 item pak.

    submit a character unstuck request, also can be caused by the 2.7 items.pak, its still not 100% certain but crystal people had this issue too

    try do it without the items.pak, otherwise if u can get the 3.0 one to work then good for u, it doesnt do this

    im not a staff member so i cant do anything :p ull have to submit an unstuck request for each stuck character, they will be unstuck sometime during the day, alente mass processes the requests quite frequently today. think they get teleported to a fortress in the abyss when that happens. they cant return ur chars to an instance

    you'll have to empty USA and EU folders then repair Via NCsoft launcher... this same problem happens on retail and crystal. that worked for me.. maybe cause of the item pak or something. if it don't work, then can't help you anymore. BUT i suggest you give it a try.
