    ok i saw shinsuky or whatever his name is using the transformation...so my question is if we all (or generals and up) gonna be able to use it or just governors?or its a bugg lol......:lol:

    all can use it atm generals + maybe 5stars if they gave it to them untill they remove it again, like 2.7 when it came out lol ^ ^

    hahaha that shet is op tho....but i dont mind them using it cuz they made it all the way up there to generals and up i think the deserve it tho....exept for cieloh hahahahahaha....that bish op sorc......and cleric hitting 13k damage nao hahahahahahaha
