Cant log in to game (new account)

    Hello,

    I can not login to the game. I can log in to the site just fine but the game says "ID or Password does not match (2)".

    By the way when I say i can log in to the site I mean Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server

    Any help on this will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Try to Downalod Gamezaion Launcher that only i no ur Ncsoft Launcher is done to download u cant Log in in Ncsoft Launcher because is that only download

    u done to Gamezaion launcher start and take ur pass and user that only

    I am using the Gamrzaion Launcher, I can see "Welcome to GamesAion" on the login screen :(

    let me guess: ur username or password use special characters or a space :p

    special characters screw up in the database, so u can login to the website but not to the game, ull have to change ur pass or if its ur username just make a new account

    just use regular letters and numbers and ull be fine
