need help 2 login

i disconnected on gamezaion, and when i logged in my characters wont load? its just blank

 

make sure u have the 3.0 client, the 3.0 item pak, try restarting ur pc, if that dont work try repairing ur client then reinstall the correct 3.0 item pak u can try the different methods of item paks. If all else fails Reinstall ur whole client through the ncsoft client. some say it helps to have a fresh 3.0 client. I have had no problems with the new 3.0 client as of yet but others are having massive problems like chars stuck constant dc after going to Oriel but i wish u luck and hope u can log in soon.
