Studio problem and how to buy a house ?

    I finished a quest to get studio and I opened the Resident manual to red instructions but when I tried to learn Homeward Bound skill, nothing happened. Its same when I click on gate to go inside my studio, nothing happened.
    Can anyone help me with this?

    And I would like to buy some bigger house, can anyone tell me how to do it?

    the studio and house is still in proccess of debugging
    that's what alente said
    so be patient and wait :)
