    I have been testing my chanter and this skill (Rise I) no work.. is a bug or is a SHut down for balance?¿ :) ... i hope u can fix this .....cuz the stun nows on 3.0 are more :$ thanks u ..... hope u have a nice day aion staff...

    Yes, this skill is currently bugged along with many others but thats just the way it is when something new is released give it some time. Also note that 2-in-1 skills are bugged (Before people go posting about this, now you know :) )
