account hacked..

I donated to taminaa's (msxz.anna) aion account yesterday to get 16000 credits. She used that to purchase some items from the item shop but those items are gone. We suspect that her account was hacked and the items stolen. Do you have logs on who might have taken them (for example, where the items went)? I am writing to you on her behalf to help us either get the items back or get credits restored. Also, what should she do to make prevent further hacks to her account?
