    spirits in 3.0 espically the wind are more stronger,faster then the others. but they are bugged atm.. only 1k hp they should be atlease 10k+ hp when the bug is fixed

    Yes, I noticed sometimes the fear time is reduced and sometimes it isn't.

    As for spirits, the 3.0 spirit are stronger than their predecessors of course accompanied with the 3.0 buffs and it will certainly be a good companion if used well.

    I'm using a lvl 4 wind spirit atm which is the only one that is usable and isn't bugged and tried having full spirit buff, fortunately it deals a pretty good damage. Dealing about 3000-4000 damage with spirit explosion on glads,clerics,sorcs and hits around 3.5'sh to 4.5'sh on leathers.

    They're useful though, Spirit Explosion using Magma Spirit usually takes off about half of enemy's HP or more if it crits, it even hit 6k'sh upon doing a crit hit on a player. What's good with it is that it is AOE around 10m I think helpful when facing a group or a zerg.

    As for temps whenever I face one I always try to make sure I buff shield + the 500 absorption scroll. I use fear whenever it is necessarily or rather as often as it is now since these elyos on mounts are annoying lol. You cant kill them unless you fully bound them in place.

    I've noticed i got bugged when i'm on a mount and a group starts to zerg me, i always get stuck, can't move.

    On a serious note, regarding fear; I hear the fear effect is supposed to last a lot less now, from retail forums.
