Go to primium/temion landing, you can find the 8 NPCs with all the recipes for all the different crafts. They are up in the top left corner of the citadel if I remember right (to the left of the hallway).

 

all i remember my questing was about how can i get Shaper token :sad:

cuz i can't buy some Craft ...

I told you were to go, the craft merchants are a custom perk to gamez, they don't have it on retail. The names will look Korean, but just talk to them and click the top button, then you will find all your crafts. The sharper tokens are a new retail system to get the much needed yet very expensive recipes that are only dropped by mobs and bought from players at exhorbant rates. Go to the abyss, and go to the location I told you and explore the rooms there; you should find the craft merchant i am talking about.
