Gamez Aion error 1024

Hi,

I finich the download of the game from NCsoft launcher, the game is in north america, the language for the game and the NCsoft launcher is "ENGLISH".

I run the game from gamez aion launcher, the game start, and just after that = error[1024] [h=1]Failed to Initialize Game[/h]
for 3 days i'm killing myself in repairing the game, reinstalling the game, reinstalling the launcher ncsoft, reinstalling the gamez aion launcher, even changing the language of the game from english to ENGLISH... NO HOPE !!!!!!!!!!

Please help me... This problem is really pissing me off !

 

Any member of staff still alive to help me running this game ?

 

hapens to me and i deleted aion and reinstal from 0....i saw in a post u need to delet L10 and repair dont kno if it works
