    Guys ! please help me this is my 1st time to be a VIP but I cant trade :( i also download 3.0 Version 1 Win7 but still cant trade.

    Make sure your Data/Items folder is empty before trying any items.pak version. Also clear up Aion/Data/USA/Items & Aion/Data/Europe/Items if those folders exist.
    If the untradable part of item is gone, it's working. If you still can see Untradable in all "untradable" items, you did not replace the correct file.

    but i cant delete the inside of my data but i already delete the Aion/Data/USA/Items & Aion/Data/Europe/Items

    You have to close your game before deleting Aion/Data/Items items.pak
