Making a Templar

I am making a Templar and so my question is what weapon should i use while lvling up and then what weapons and armor should i use for pvp at lv60 and so on. I know for sure i wont be able to get the best gear right off the bat because im not rich so i cant just buy it i will have to vote and work for it ingame and can u get abg in game now or only from item shop?

also what class is best for farming so i can farm manastones and enchantments stone really quick

And considering ur using EGT or something,
Id recommand u a crit/acc or atk/crit set

Temp can tank pretty good without the best set

Use GS, and mace/shield
Sword/shield is pretty good too in 3.0
but considering u r not so rich i don think u can use abg swords :3

So go for normal mace/shield and gs

 

Alrighty thnx now one last question how in world can i make some quick millions or billions lol i need some money i could buy about 1k-1.5k credits but idk if they sell or not here

one thign i do is i look at my warehouse for garbage and sell it on broker.. one man's junk is another's treasure

 

For leveling use greatsword to kill the mobs quickly,though keep a shield and mace just for the skills that require a shield and mace.. For the gear well honestly templar can do well even with low level or pve gear just stack the correct manastones,for me block and crit work well,accuracy and crit is also a nice build. For farming i think best class is cleric. In taloc you can farm manastones its pretty easy,it has a prequest called friends for life..

Ignore any post that asked you to use Attack manastone, they're extremely useless for your class.

No Gamez, I don't want to hear your bullshit about how an extra few points of damage greatly justify over lack of block and accuracy. It's nonsense to hear that and a poor excuse of how to use a templar.

 

i think 1h sword is doin well in 3.0 instead of mace bcos most of skill of templar now dont rely in MA.i observed it even magic smash w/ my 1h sword deal good damge.and other magic skills than in previous updates (2.7)

 

The mace is better >.>. It has better overall DPS​ than a sword. Templars never had 'replied' on MA.

Using a one handed weapon isn't just for the sake of landing the magic hits.

 

but 1h sword has better crit than mace. its up to you, im just giving opinion from my own experience.
