is mail box bugged?

everytime i click mailbox to try and get my abg i get disconnected from server >.< i have tryed 15 times about 5 hours ago i could use mail box without no problem any 1 else got this problem?

 

I am not sure how it works after the recent updates but i'll ask for some details so i can help.

You sent ABGs through mails and it worked normally in the past?
Have you had VIP Membership that has recently expired?
Have you downloaded a new item pak or something?

 

I sent my abg from my other toon which is vip and also the character i sent my abg is vip also.. My mail box is full tho maybe that is causing the d.cing i really dont no...

 

and yes i have sent abg/ecc to mail box today and i had no problem at using mail box... now it's d.cing me out of no where when i click mail box

 

Ah could be it.. but the items don't disappear after you send them and crash, right? they remain in ur inventory?

If i remember right, the person receiving the mails only used to crash/get stuck if he had his mailbox full. (Thought they fixed that bug x.x?)

 

I had no problem sending the items to my other character but when i want to open mail box and get them out it d/c's me out of server before i can even see whats in the mail box this only started 1 hour ago

 

as soon as mail box pops up i get d.ced then it saids "aion gamezclient otcbuildclient32_woog(30_ has stopped working 2x.

 

Yea idk.. Im guessing it's cause i got a full mail box... cause this only started when my mail box was full

 

What do you mean by mailbox pops up, an express mail icon? Or do you mean that you crash right when you click on the mailbox and it is about to open the mails list? Can you see if the mailbox is full i mean?

If it's not full, i have no idea sorry.. could be some missing/corrupt file? x-x try repairing?

EDIT: Alright so it's full.. hmm.. all you can do is contact someone like Ashtar and ask for help with that i guess x.x maybe she can delete ur mails manually (I hope the items won't b deleted too lol)

 

the mail box comes up and its empty saying "0/100" and i get the a pop up saying disconnected at the same time.. and its not 0/100... shuld be 100/100...

 

Well since you could open it in the past (and have not applied any changes to your client) then i assume that it is full yeah. Good luck with it :>

^^ , I was going to suggest trying to log into gamez on another machine, before attempting to fix your client and have wasted the effort that way you will know if it's your client or not. good luck

 

That's a good idea, if she has a second computer Because, not to be rude but.. to find a trustworthy person here to log on your account and try that will take longer than redownloading 100 clients rofl.

 

I think i d.c cuz mail box is full every time i open the mail box it saids "0/100" then it saids "you are disconnected from the server" then it saids "your mail box is full". This only started when my mail box got full ( no idea that full mail box caused a bug ). I also repaired client and still...

 

I wonder what happens when your mail box is full... Can gm's get your items out ?

 

Yeah maybe , if they logged into your acc lol , but I'd honestly try useing a different pc just to be sure

 

I just tested it. I went on my other account which doesen't have full mail box and i can go to mail box without d.cing it's cause of full mail box ^^

 

Try with that command, Smartik said this to a guy that had the same problem that you have.
By the way, I don't know how it works, I'll do some test and I'll tell you later.
