Mail box full (bugged) Expensive items in my mail box

my mail box is full and when i click it to try and get my items out i disconnect instantly i had no idea of this bug until my freind told me about it anyway i was wondering if am/gm could delete some of my empty messages in my mailbox so it's not full so i dont d.c when using the mail box please... or take them out of my mail box and put them into my inventory cause some of my items in my mail box range over 10k+ credits all together :3

Items in my mail box -

Full ABG plate set - legs/gloves/armpits/body/helment.

ECC polearm

Enraged mastiarus polearm

35 100+ enchantment stones.

20+ 145+ enchantment stones.

1X costume.

and ECC accessories necklace possibly more can't remember clear...

Could a gm please get the items out i dont want my mail box deleted... i spent over 10k on all these items $100+. I had no idea mail box was bug im sort of new to the server if i knew i would of deleted my empty messages in my mail box believe me i woulden't risk my items like that... But if a gm could help my character name is : Heidiee and im server: Siel

If the only way is to delete the 100/100 out my messages maybe, gm could spawn me the items they see in my mail box and trade me them? Atlease then i wont have nothing to lose if the only option is to delete every message in my mail box.

 

try to PM some GM/AMs or Admins, see if they can help

 

I had the same problems. They said they can't help me, and I have an EAC set there.

 

I had 30+ L130 manastones, crit spell scrolls, manastones.. in my legion warehouse, all gone after a patch. (not 3.0)

 

Moral lesson dont store any stuff on legion warehouse or get your mail full, there's been a report about this mail bug long ago that's why i keep mine clean, delete any mail after receiving it

 

Screenshots of the items in your mail box would help, and if that doesn't work couldn't you just send Carl your donation info to get a refund of some sort(credits)

 

Well, if we clear your mailbox for you, it is the entire thing.

Same as the player command. Sadly, there is no selectivity to clearing mailboxes.
