    it say's "prepare to reconnect to login server..."

    Sounds like you might be having some connectivity issues.

    Check in the GamezAion.com user control panel if your characters are there, you can check that by the 'My Chararacters' link the top one.

    If that is the case, then one of two things.

    You deleted your characters somehow.

    You shared your account and someone deleted your characters.

    Most likely the latter though, unfortunately; Also seeing how characters don't just up and vanish like that it can be assumed user fault. Though just to make sure; if you could send me a pm containing a character name or so I would be happy to check and see if they are there or not for you.

    If not, i'll see if I can't get Alente to check.

    Well similar thing happened to me too last year, and than i left gamez :D lol
    I had my credits log off everything fine, the next day i see that "i" have been purchased items from shop and all items are useless fenris to my unused chars. Than i thought hacker, yea was right cuz i had char in lumiel which i did not do, but after changing password it kept going on like this, even further my credits started to dissapear without purchasing anything -.- after that moment i knew i had to get out of here :D.
    So, you better catch one AM while you have him, cuz later no1 will give a damn about it

    hmm... i have another suggestion... what about someone can hack us with only our ID not our Password... becoz i don't have other user, i used my computer myself... i was hoping that the hacker already die :pinched:
