    I tried it! but my character is in the game and I can not disconnect my character! Somehow you have to disconnect it?

    Do what i said. your character is stuck ingame you have to wait for it to be unstuck after you submit the request.

    got the same problem, and i sent the unstuck already.
    my char is standing in pandae for over 5 hours, i can even log in with my alts and whisper to her. thats really lame.......
