Game freeze

Firstly i downloaded and installed aion from ncsoft(note that i didnt update the game at all),then i installed the gamez aion patcher.After it patched the game i clicked the start button.The game started with the ncsoft logo but suddenly stopped working(when i opened the windows task manager it said that it wasnt responding)

what should i do?help :sad:

figured out that i've done everything right..but it still freezes >.>

Dude It happens to me too. Just keep it on, it takes time to load and during that time it does not respond. So chill and wait for some time during the load screen.
