My untradable stuff turned vanished after downloading item.pak

    So i downloaded that file to trade untradable objects,and when i login all my untradable objects i was wearing vanished and i'm invisible,except for my head because i had a tradable helmet.What can i do?i redownloaded the gamezaion launcher but nothing happened,when i checked my equips they were all gone (just 1.5m worth) but i can't wear stuff,WHat do i do? do i have to re install it?
