Gm why i cant log my account and my brother account work

Hi im Henno i wondering cuz i cant log into game my accoutn say something about log ip...and i can log my brother account .....why i cant log?¿ i checked Bann System and dont say anything..... :S ............

I do all my donation Legal :S and i PLay no HAck..... them i would like recive information if this is bann .. or irrergular rare issue ....

Plz can u send back a Imbox or Post here what kind issue im experimenting...
