Need some help with quest

I am on Elyos side trying to do the quest Assault on Tiamaranta, but it put me on the ship and says i must speak to Redien well i cant go through the door and the 2 npcs that r in the room with me are just standing there so i cant do nothing plz help me

 

I heard that this quest is not working properly by many. (Some said they get stuck in a Room, i don't know any details though)

Anyways, you do not need to complete this quest to get to tiamaranta in this server. You can go to Oriel from the Normal Teleporter and from there you use a portal to sarpan, then you walk and enter tiamaranta through the gate which is south-east, on the bottom-right corner of Sarpan's Map. You can also get to the Kaisinel Academy and get directly to sarpan by using the portal that leads to inggison. (Sarpan is the 2nd option if i remember right)

So yeah.. just teleport back i guess :x there's no solution as far as i know, sorry.
I'm sure they're working on fixing all the quests.
