    i cannot access to the account ?

    it says

    someone changed my password and i cannot access the game

    how i can recover my account ?

    After a Long confersation on msn in spanish.(no i can't spanish so was hell for me)
    We got the probleem fixed of the password been lost. But then there came a second probleem.
    The account has been used by the hacker to hack/bugabuse/or whatever and got banned.
    The question from her if the account could be unbanned.
    She told be that friend had seen the char online but never answerd after got hacked.
