Does anyone here know if donating by mobile phone works with Verizon?

I am trying to donate with my mobile phone which is through Verizon and on the Boku one it says the $19.99 one works with Verizon, but when I try to put in my number and press enter it then pops up and says sorry Boku isn't working with Verizon at the moment, but what is weird any other game that has Boku to donate by phone works with Verizon so need some help plz i really need the credits right now

I think you mean buying, not donating. Donating implies you're not expecting anything in return.

 

Are you donating straight from your phone (Using the phone's internet capabilities)? I suggest going home, and using the mobile payment option from your computer first (Using the computer's internet), go to the website from your computer browser. Boku also has a drop-down list for the networks they are compatible with. You should consider checking it out first. Good luck.

well im doing it from my laptop and keeps saying it isnt compatible with Verizon which i hve used Boku b4 in gamezaion and it worked perfectly now it isnt

 

Well then that's a problem with the company then. Users can't do anything about it. It's probably bugged.
If you're doing it from your laptop then you shouldn't have problems. :unsure:
