How long does it take....

to receive your credits once u pay with paypal? Just wondering because I bought 3k credits and have received those, but then i bought another 1k and that was about 30 mins - 1 hour ago and still havent received the 1k yet. It's making me mad because my money is gone yet no credits.

 

When your donating, it always takes quite some time, you just have to be patient. And depends on how much you Donate as well.

 

Well everytime ive donated like $30 at one time i get it instantly but once i donate $30 then wait like 5-10 mins and receive the credits for that and then donate $10 for 1k i dont receive those lol and its been about an hour now or so

 

up to 48h.

hmm idonated 36 EUR and it's beed 3rd day and i still hadnt recieved my credits!

 

If you haven't received your credits within 48 hours, you will need to contact them which ever Donating Method you used(Superrewards or Payment Wall), so they can do it manually for you.

Make sure you have the receipt, which is in your email. If you didn't even get an email then they didn't even receive your money.

 

i got email and i lost money but i didnt got my credits i send message in view inqury and still no reply today i sent email to that tard company!will see what they will asnwer anyways 3 days of waiting PFFF
